「個人の携帯電話に取引先の電話番号を登録する際は、万一、携帯を落としても誰の番号かわからないよう、相手の社名、フルネームは入力しないことになっています。これを指示した上司は『昔は客の電話番号なんか100人くらい覚えたもんだ』と言っていますが、いざ電話しようと思ったら、同じ名字が何件もあって、同姓の別の会社の人に電話してしまい、意味のない世間話をしてごまかすことも少なくありません」(大手電機メーカーの40代社員)
